Westlake Fulfillment Center (“Westlake”) respects requests to stop marketing calls and text messages. This policy explains how to make a request and how we handle it.

How to opt out

You can ask Westlake to stop calling or texting a number by:

• Telling a Westlake representative during a call that you do not want further calls or texts;

• Replying STOP to a text message from Westlake;

• Emailing info@westlakeoc.com with the phone number you want suppressed; or

• Mailing a request to the address below.

You do not need to use specific words or give a reason. Tell us if you want to stop calls, texts, or both. A clear request to stop all contact will be treated as a request to stop both.

How we handle requests

We record Do Not Call requests and use them to suppress covered marketing contacts made by Westlake or on Westlake’s behalf. We process requests promptly and within the time required by applicable law. We do not require you to speak with a sales representative to opt out.

We maintain Do Not Call procedures for personnel and calling systems and check applicable calling lists against our internal suppression records and the National Do Not Call Registry as required. A new inquiry does not, by itself, cancel a prior Do Not Call request.

A Do Not Call request does not prevent us from responding to a communication you specifically initiate or sending a communication that applicable law permits or requires.

Calls from another business

Westlake provides leads and live transfers to business customers. A business that contacts you under its own name may maintain a separate Do Not Call list. Tell that business directly if you also want it to stop contacting you. If you identify the business and contact to us, we can review the matter.

National Do Not Call Registry

You can register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the number you want to register.
